We are organized with the mission to enrich the overall environment of one of the most visible and admired HCBU athletic and sports programs across the nation. The FAMU’s Athletic tradition as fostered by the Boosters supports FAMU Athletics’ quest for excellence. This is done by ensuring that student athletes’ benefit, both academically and athletically, from their Rattler experience. The Rattler Boosters embraces the University’s motto – “excellence with caring”. The Rattler Booster are therefore passionately driven to support and enable anchors for enriching the FAMU experience of the student athletes and the athletic department in their shared destiny of academic excellence, winning, community and being role models as leaders.
